Only time or budget used will be committed to, beyond the cancellation notice specified.

STANDARD TERMS
CLEARER, SIMPLER SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Budget limits can be changed at any time and to any amount that you set, except that i) the minimum charge will be the lowest cost plan available at the time in the same category of service, and ii) services already utilised are still chargeable and payable. An upgrade will normally be accompanied by a deposit request and a downgrade will normally be accompanied by a refund if requested unless there are amounts due on account. Cancellation only becomes effective at the end of the last calendar day of the calendar month that follows the calendar month in which cancellation notice is given, or thereafter if more advanced notice is provided. In lieu of this notice period, the lowest cost plan available at the time in the same category of service can be paid - in such cases all services already utilised are still chargeable. Where your plan is cancelled by us immediately or otherwise, at our discretion, fees will still be due inline with regular cancellation policies even where customer actions result in no service being delivered. Additional products, services, and hours are provided on credit or with advance payment, at the discretion of www.AppMakers.xyz and are assumed to be without limit unless and until clients request and place restrictions on use of deposit or credit amounts. Interest may be charged for late payments. Where these policies, as terms and conditions, are diverged from, the nature shall be temporary and at the full discretion of www.AppMakers.xyz and all other terms shall remain in place and normal terms may be reapplied at any time. Where plans are initiated or downgraded or upgraded during the course of a calendar month, pro rata and deposit amount adjustments will likely be made in the subsequent month to normalise your account, plan, and services to calendar months. All onsite hours are separate from and additional to the above plans, which only provide remote support except where explicitly agreed or stated otherwise. Onsite bookings normally require a plan and are normally charged at the same remote prices as below, and travel time is charged at normal rates for onsite support. Where policies, procedures, terms, and conditions are deviated from these are considered to be exceptional cases and not as setting a precedent or expectation or agreement for continued exceptions. No plans are a guarantee of service availability or provision or order fulfillment or reliability or response times or otherwise - such guarantees must be contracted separately in writing to apply.
